Pat has a diverse professional background in the banking and legal industries. She began her career as a bank teller and advanced into management, where she gained extensive experience in operations, lending, and human resources management. Pat earned a business and finance certificate from UCLA and was responsible for managing the bank’s California employment division, overseeing a team of over 300 employees.
After working as an HR consultant for various departments within the same bank, Pat transitioned into her last position as a banking office manager. It was there that she met her husband, Scott Green, with whom she later co-founded a law firm. As a key contributor to the firm’s success, Pat utilized her expertise in implementing technological advancements, establishing policies and procedures, and conducting staff training. She was also responsible for overseeing the firm’s accounting, payroll, and billing processes.
In pursuit of expanding her skill set, Pat attended La Verne University’s paralegal program, earning a paralegal certificate while expecting her second child.
