David has an extensive background in business development, local government, regional and statewide advocacy and non-profit organizations. Since July of 2020, he has been responsible for marketing, business development and client intake for The Green Law Group. David also serves as executive director of California Arbitration (CalArb).

David is a strong believer in public service and has served on the Moorpark City Council, the Regional Council of the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG), the Board of the League of California Cities, the Board of the Moorpark Unified School District, and as president of the California School Boards Association.

David is actively involved in environmental issues and served as a board member of the Ventura County Air Pollution Control District. He is also a past chair of both the Energy & Environment Committee for SCAG and the Environmental Quality Committee for the League of California Cities.

As an active community leader, David serves as president of the Moorpark Education Foundation, as a board member of the Moorpark College Foundation, and a board member of the Moorpark Foundation for the Arts.

David is also known for his career as a child actor, most notably for his role as Rudi Stein in the Bad News Bears movies.

David holds an MBA degree from the UCLA Anderson School and a BS degree from Pepperdine University.
