Alternative Dispute Resolution

Alternative Dispute Resolution

One of the main practice areas of The Green Law Group is alternative dispute resolution,  including arbitration and mediation.  It is our belief that disagreements between parties should be decided in the most expeditious manner available, and arbitration is often the most suitable option for everyone involved.

If you are an employer, our attorneys will create a new agreement or revise an existing agreement that establishes mandatory arbitration as a condition of employment.  As laws and practices evolve, that agreement will be reviewed and updated as necessary as part of our annual HR audit service.

Our attorneys have years of successful experience in mediation and arbitration and will work with you to resolve your legal issue.
