My husband and I bought our first home in California and a few months in we started noticing a ton of problems. We had a bathroom leak, electrical problems, a roof leak, rats and asbestos. It became pretty clear they previous owners knew about these issues and failed to disclose. We put all the money we have into this house and have a new baby, so we needed someone we trusted to advocate for us to resolve these issues, especially the safety hazards. Leah and Scott were wonderful to work with. Their experience and professionalism is unmatched, and ultimately we ended up settling with the previous owners and have enough money to make all necessary repairs (and the owners admitted knowing about everything). Leah and Scott did an amazing job taking care of us and we will absolutely use them again if needed. Highly recommend!
